Terms and Conditions for Registering for Young Engineers Program

By registering your child for the Young Engineers Program, you, as the parent or guardian, agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Attendance & Make-Up Policy
  Young Engineers West End does not issue refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for missed classes. For regular weekly classes, make-up classes may be requested and are subject to availability. Make-up classes are not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance. Camp sessions are not eligible for make-up classes.
2. Refund Policy
  We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your child’s registration for a program. Refunds will be provided under the following conditions:
  - Cancellation of Registered Programs: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations of registered programs.
  - Refund Fee: A $35 administration fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs.
  - Notice Requirement: To qualify for a refund, you must provide written notice of cancellation at least 14 business days prior to the program start date.
  - Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the refund request has been approved.
3. Photographs and Videos
  By registering, you grant Young Engineers permission to take photographs or videos of your child during the program for promotional purposes. If you prefer that your child not be photographed or recorded, please notify us prior to the program.
4. Code of Conduct and Liability
  Participants (your child) are expected to follow the rules and guidelines set by the Young Engineers staff and treat others with respect. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund. While we strive to maintain a safe and engaging environment, Young Engineers is not liable for any personal injuries or accidents that may occur during the program. Both the participant (your child) and the parent or guardian are responsible for ensuring your child’s safety during all activities.
5. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
  Young Engineers reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents or guardians in advance.
